The percent values reported are of the weighted average of the 10 cross-validation of the two classes, i.e. controls and children with epilepsy. The reported results are of the five reduced data sets — 250 voxel, 500 voxels, 1000 voxels, 2000 voxels and 3000 voxels. The reduced data sets were selected by the relief feature selection algorithm.
