Serum ALT activity in mice treated with rac-ibuprofen. ALT activities of hUGT1 mice (A) and those of regular mice (B) treated with 750 mg/kg rac-ibuprofen are shown. Blood was collected before dosing and 6 h and 24 h after oral dosing.
