^aFollowing execution of plaque reduction neutralization tests (PRNT), the dilution of serum sufficient to reduce viral titer by 50% for each serotype was recorded for each animal. For animals with a titer of <20, the value 10 was used to calculate GMT and report a lack of neutralizing antibody titer. There was no significant difference in antibody titer between the groups on day zero. Beginning on day 14 for all serotypes, statistically significant differences in antibody titer for WT-Tet and HR-Tet when compared to Mock were observed.
