Glucose was administered at 75 mg (0.3 kcal, n = 9), 25 mg (0.1 kcal, n = 8) or 8.3 mg (0.03 kcal, n = 6) and fat emulsion was administered at 33 mg (0.3 kcal, n = 7), 11 mg (0.1 kcal, n = 6) or 3.7 mg (0.03 kcal, n = 8); all with the DPP-4 inhibitor NVP DPP728 (10 μmol/kg) (mean ± SEM).
