Effect of the KOR antagonist nor-BNI on U50,488-induced reinstatement of alcohol-seeking. Male Long Evans rats were trained to self-administer alcohol and their responding was extinguished. Vehicle was administered i.p. 2 h before, and nor-BNI (10 mg/kg) was administered 2 or 24 h prior to U50,488 (5 mg/kg) or its vehicle. Thirty minutes later, animals received a 1-h reinstatement test.
