MAPK p38 and ERK1/2 are critical for PRRSV-induced IL-1β production in PAMs. Experiments were performed similar to those described in Figure 3 except that ERK1/2 inhibitor (1, 2, and 5 μM), p38 MAPK inhibitor (0.1, 0.2, and 0.5 μM), or JNK inhibitor (1, 2, and 5 μM) was used.
