The effect of 13-acetoxyrolandrolide on the cell cycle progression in HT-29 cells. Cells were seeded on 10 cm plates, treated with 13-acetoxyrolandrolide (10 μM) for 24 h, and stained with PI (1.0 mg/mL) for analysis using BD FACSCanto.
