(a) Diffusion weighted imaging showed an infarct in the right dorsolateral medulla on day 5 after onset; (b)–(g) diffusion tensor tractography showed axial and coronary corticospinal tract ((b)-(c) on day 5; (d)-(e) on day 14; (f)-(g) on day 30).
