Increased antigen presentation of HeLa-Kb-B27 in rAd5-EAT2-infected cells. HeLa-Kb-B27 cells were either uninfected or infected with MOI of 1000 with rAd5-EAT2, rAd5-EAT2(R31Q) or rAd5-Null.
