Data for Lman1^gt1/gt1 mice²⁴ (previously reported) are included for comparison. (A) FV activity measured by prothrombin time–based coagulation assay. Lman1^fl/fl, Alb-Cre⁺ mice exhibit a statistically significant reduction in plasma FV activity, relative to control mice (P < 1.5 × 10⁻¹⁰), and are indistinguishable from Lman1^gt1/gt1 mice (P > .5). In contrast, FV activity levels for Lman1^fl/fl, Tek-Cre⁺ mice are not reduced. (B) FVIII activity measured by partial thromboplastin time–based coagulation assay. Lman1^fl/fl, Tek-Cre⁺ mice exhibit a statistically significant reduction in plasma FVIII activity, relative to control mice (P < 1.7 × 10⁻⁸), and are indistinguishable from Lman1^gt1/gt1 mice (P > .3).
