Effects of nepicastat (10 and 30 mg/kg) pretreatment on cocaine-induced reinstatement in squirrel monkeys (N = 3). Data (mean ± S.E.M.) are expressed as the percentage of responding maintained during cocaine self-administration sessions. Priming with a maximally ED_Peak dose of cocaine reinstated responding to levels approximately 60–80% of those maintained by cocaine self-administration.
