Number of diarrhoea days in patients with at least 1 day of diarrhoea. The number of diarrhoea days were measured in patients with at least 1 day of diarrhoea in the first 14 days in the ICU. The first 24 hours in the ICU were not analysed. Diarrhoea was defined as at least three liquid stools per day. The percentage of patients with 1 to 10 diarrhoea days is indicated at the top of bars.
