(A) Densities of wFlu throughout embryogenesis of the A. fluviatilis embryos wild-type strain (wolb+). The density of wFlu was estimated using real-time quantitative PCR with Wolbachia-specific wsp gene primers. Mosquito-specific actin gene primers were used as the reference gene. (B) Three-hundred synchronized eggs were placed on water to evaluate the hatched larvae number. Fifty eggs per plate at 28°C were used. The black line represents the normal eggs and the brown line represents the eggs from GSK-3 silenced mosquitoes. Each experiment was replicated three times. (A) *p<0.05; ***p<0.001 ANOVA.
