Data are represented as median (25th and 75th percentiles) or median (percentage). None of the differences between the two groups was significant (P >0.05). Two patients were randomly assigned but were excluded because they did not fulfill inclusion criteria, and one patient was not excluded formally but was not in analyses, because of a lack of data.
