Immunofluorescent investigations of the cleaved fragment of Lyn (green) in transfected HEK293T cells in conjunction to nuclear staining with DAPI (blue). Localization of wild type LynΔN fragment N-terminal leucine (top) reveals a diffuse cytoplasmic localization. Localization of the mutant LynΔN fragments with the N-terminal valine, methionine and arginine all exhibit a similar cytoplasmic localization.
