Basic electrophysiological parameters were monitored during different incubation time in the Braincubator. Values are means ± S.E.M. No significant differences were detected between groups (one-way ANOVA). The first group on the left describes the same electrophysiological basic parameters recorded from neurons incubated under control conditions (<3 hours) for comparison.
