Day 7 mRNA expression analysis of transcription factors involved in B-cell-to-plasma-cell differentiation. (A,C) The transcriptional expression of BCL6, PAX5, BACH2, IRF8, IRF4, PRDM1, XBP1s, and EBF1 genes was evaluated in a qRT-PCR on D0 and D7. The results are expressed relative to gene expression in CLL B-cells on D0, according to the 2^−ΔΔCT method. Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM from five experiments. (B) The relative mRNA expression of GAS6 in CLL B-cells on D0, compared with CpG/CD40L/c-stimulated cells on D7. The data were calculated according to the relative 2^–ΔCT method.
