Effect of specific inhibitors of cell death on pep5-cpp activity. HeLa cells were pretreated with nec-1, qVD, SB203580, or IM-54 (30 μm, 1 h), and then pep5-cpp (75 μm) was added to the medium containing one or more inhibitors. After treatment with pep5-cpp (∼4 h), the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
