AS101 prevents the adhesion of MLN cells to MAdCAM-1 both in vitro and in vivo. Colitis was induced by addition of 2% DSS to the drinking water of C57Bl/6 mice. A, MLN cells from DSS+PBS group (n = 5) were seeded for 2 h on MAdCAM-1 or 2.5% BSA-coated wells. 0.1–1 μg/ml AS101 was added into MAdCAM-1-coated wells.
