Results of multiple comparison Dunnetts test in one-way ANOVA; Groups significantly different *** p ≤ 0.001 when compared to positive control group. Percent inhibition was calculated in comparison to control group. F = 187.523, d.f. = 29. ED50 for analgesic effect of METS was 50.68 mg/kg (b.w). ***p ≤ 0.001, **p ≤ 0.01 and *p ≤ 0.05 vs. control group (n = 6).
