The best SNP in each LD region is presented. The effects sizes (OR, β) correspond to the risk of the A1 allele. The effect size for PTSD severity (β) is on the cube root scale. The p-value cut off after adjusting for multiple testing is 2.26E-05 for PTSD diagnosis and 2.12E-05 for PTSD severity. Only rs363276 is significant after multiple testing adjustment.
