Body-core temperature (T_cor) changes induced by a drug interaction between paroxetine (PRX; 15 mg/kg, i.p.) and clorgyline (CLG; 2 mg/kg, s.c.). T_cor was measured at 1-h intervals. Data are expressed as the mean changes in T_cor (±SEM), obtained from five rats/group. (a) Drug-naive animals. T_cor was reduced in response to either PRX alone or CLG+PRX. (b) Rats received daily CLG pretreatment for 3, 6, and 13 days.
