Expression of ${\text{Lenti - siI}}_2^{\text{PP2A}}$ arrests tau pathology in htau mice. Approximately 11-month-old htau mice received brain infusion of the ${\text{Lenti - siI}}_2^{\text{PP2A}}$ (Lenti-siI₂) or the scrambled ${\text{Lenti - ssiI}}_2^{\text{PP2A}}$ (Lenti-ssiI₂; 2 μl each, 2 × 10⁹ TU/ml) into the hippocampal CA3 region under a stereotaxic instrument as described in the Section “Materials and Methods.” Four weeks later, the expression level of tau phosphorylation at several AD-related sites was detected by Western blotting (A,B) and immunohistochemistry (C).
