Cytokines were measured in the supernatant of Mo and MoDC cultures. Concentrations were measured in the absence of stimulation (control) and after activation with LPS + IFN-γ with or without prior incubation with dendrimer ABP. Results are from 12 (Mo) and 11 (MoDC) blood donors, respectively.
