9 of the 13 priority CWR taxa are likely to be found in the established protected areas shown (see Supplementary tables S1 and S2 for details), and the set of sites that capture Africa's Endangered and Critically Endangered mammal species also capture 10 of the 13 priority cowpea CWR. Content for the maps was generated in Marxan version 1.8.10 and the map images were generated in ArcGIS 10³⁸.
