Effect of atorvastatin on the LPS-induced production of IL-6, TNF-α, NO and PGE2 in RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were incubated with various concentrations of atorvastatin for 9 h in the presence of 10 ng/ml LPS. Following incubation, the supernatant was collected, and IL-6, TNF-α, NO and PGE2 levels were assayed.
