Empirical P-values for associations of the respective gene sets with NF-κB binding intervals were calculated using 10,000 randomizations in a simulation procedure implemented using the Genomic Association Tester (GAT). GAT derived Q-values, used to control for the number of gene sets analysed, are also provided.
