Shown are the results from three independent transplantation experiments. (B) In vitro differentiation of GFP, HOXB4, and HOXC6 Lin transduced and sorted cells on OP9 stroma into the B-cell lineage. Differentiation progression was analysed at days 4, 8 and 16 with a CD19 and CD45R (B220) double staining.
