CXCR4 siRNA inhibits cellular proliferation and invasion. (A) The cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) cell proliferation assay revealed that the proliferation rate in the siRNA2-transfected cells decreased with increasing concentrations of transfection reagent. (B) The Transwell migration assay indicated that the number of cancer cells that migrated through the filter membrane substantially decreased with increasing siRNA concentration.
