(B) I-BARIRSp53 binds a 12 residue peptide derived from the EHEC virulence factor Tir incorporating the NPY motif. Ribbon diagrams of the two subunits of the I-BAR homodimer are drawn in cyan and wheat. Two identical peptide molecules are colored blue and yellow, respectively. Peptide N termini are labeled with an encircled N.
