Maternal and neonatal composite outcomes include variables listed below.

Postpartum hemorrhage defined as estimated blood loss > 500 ml for vaginal delivery and >1000 ml for cesarean delivery.

Analyses adjusted for maternal race/ethnicity, BMI, insurance and region. Some analyses had too few numbers to calculate adjusted odds ratios.
