ASLV-A pseudoviruses co-labeled with EcpH-ICAM and Gag-mKate2 were allowed to enter and fuse with TVA800 or TVA950 cells. The number of particles undergoing fusion (mKate2 release) was determined and normalized to the number of particles entering acidic compartments (EcpH quenching).
