Table 2.

Global bending and twist stiffness for the A-tracts alone (without flanking sequences) and for the corresponding parts of the control. The average frames used to compute the properties are defined by bases in two consecutive pairs at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of each indicated tract (e.g. AAAAATTTTT). The errors are computed as in Table 1.
