Rate constants and distributions were measured or calculated (calc) from the following equations as described (Figs. 1–5): GSV = 1 − MFR_max; P = k_ex/k_en; PM_calc = MFR_max × (P/1 + P); k_en(calc) = k_ex × ((1 − PM)/PM); k_ex(calc) = k_en × (PM/(1 − PM)).
