Peptide A-specific CTL clone established from anti-EML4-ALK CTL. (A) Peptide A-specific CTL clones established using CD107a single cell sorting. Peptide A-specific CTLs (1×10⁵) were incubated with peptide-pulsed T2 cells (5×10⁴) with CD107a-specific antibodies for 3.5 h at 37°C. CD8⁺CD107a⁺ cells were sorted using a FACSAria II cell sorter. Square, CD8⁺CD107a⁺ cells that are peptide A-specific CTL clones. (B) Recognition of peptide-pulsed T2 cells by peptide A-specific CTL clones.
