Each point represents the mean (SD) of measurements in 3 mice. The initial elimination of a larger proportion of the non‐GMP material probably reflects the presence of aggregated molecules not present in the GMP product but the subsequent clearance kinetics are essentially the same for the two preparations confirming that the labeled GMP SAP behaves like the intact native protein.
