Inhibition of phospholipase A1 secretion. Selected compounds at a concentration of 50 μM were tested for inhibition of phospholipase A1 activity and expressed as percentage inhibition relative to samples with DMSO only. Experiments were carried out in triplicates, and the means ± SD are shown from one representative experiment of three. The P values were all <0.001.
