The OCSs, reconstituted with keratinocytes and fibroblasts derived from a human donor with psoriasis (far right), displayed high expression of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and IFN-γ cytokines in epidermis (pink areas, arrows), similar to psoriasis skin (arrows).
