Fig. 4 — Expression of membrane type 1 matrix metalloproteinase (MT1-MMP) protein and mRNA in SK-MEL-2 and SK-MEL-24 cell lines following treatment with imiquimod. Expression of MT1-MMP proteins in SK-MEL-2 (A) and SK-MEL-24 (B) cell lines was dose-dependently decreased with increasing concentrations of imiquimod.
