Effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) protein in pulmonary artery endothelial cells (PAECs). Cells were treated with LPS or vehicle for 8 hours. In data not shown, hypoxia alone had no effect on TLR4 protein relative to PAECs in normoxia.
