Cytotoxicity of C18 fatty acids in RBL-2H3 cells. Cells were incubated with C18 fatty acids (A: stearic acid, B: oleic acid, C: linoleic acid, D: α-linolenic acid) for 24 h in a 5% CO₂ incubator at 37℃. The number of living cells was measured using MTT. Results are mean±S.D. from four separate experiments.
