After inoculation with Ph6-gfp for 6 days, the colonization of Ph6-gfp was observed in plant roots, stems and leaves by fluorescence microscopy. Bacterial cells with green fluorescence were displayed as bright green rods inside roots (D), stems (E) and leaves (F). Plants with Ph6-gfp-free inoculation served as the control (A, B, C).
