TF = C_Shoot/C_Root, where C_Shoot and C_Root are the phenanthrene concentrations in plant shoots and plant roots, respectively. A larger TF value infers a more significant translocation of phenanthrene from root to shoot. Red and green bars indicate the inoculation of strain Ph6-gfp-free and Ph6-gfp, respectively.
