PBMCs were stimulated for 20-free OVA, LPS-rich OVA and LPS, the supernatants were the analysed by MSD electrochemical ELISA for the levels of secreted cytokines, (a) IL-12p40, (b) TNFα (c) IFNγ, (d) IL-1β, (e) IL-2, (f) IL4, (g) IL-5 and (h) IL-10. Values are shown as Mean ± SEM. (n = 6). Statistical significance was determined using ANOVA.
