PRRSV-specific IgG antibodies were detected in sera and oral fluids using the HerdChek* PRRS X3 ELISA kit (Idexx) and the PRRS OF kit (Idexx), respectively, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For both assays, samples with an S/P ratio above 0.4 were considered positive for PRRSV-specific IgG antibodies.

‡: Samples were not collected.

*Samples could not be tested due to insufficient material.

N: Negative.
