Bodyweight changes after virus challenge. Mice were immunized 1 to 4 times (A-D) at an interval of 2 weeks, with 100 μg plasmid DNAs encoding M04, M84, M105, IE-1and M55, respectively. Two weeks after the final immunization, mice were challenged with a lethal dose (3 × LD50) of MCMV and the body weights were measured within 3 weeks after the challenge.
