Meis1 regulates cell cycle in NSCLC cancer cell. (A) After RNAi transfected in A549 cells (left panel) or SPC-A1 (right panel), EdU was added into cells and cultured for 8 h before collection for EdU analysis (mean ± SD, n=3; ***, P<0.001); (B) A549 cells were transfected with RNAi as indicated. After 72 h, cells were collected and then lysed for western blotting analysis. Specific antibodies were used as indicated.
