Genomic distribution of CNVRs in Chinese bulls. 605 CNVRs (~3.04% of the bovine genome) in 29 bulls are distributed across chromosomes, in which the above are for taurine (green: both, red: loss, dark blue: gain), while below are the CNVRs for yak (the same colors to that in taurine) and buffalo (black: both, purple: loss, yellow: gain).
