X-band EPR spectra of TNN14-H, TNN15-H and CT03 in PBS (pH 7.4, 50 mM) under anaerobic conditions. Gray lines show the enlarged (5×) portion of the spectrum. Spectra were recorded with 0.5 mW microwave power and 0.03 G modulation amplitude. These low values were required to prevent distortion of the very sharp trityl radical spectra detected under anaerobic conditions.
