Interactions also found by Ingenuity Pathway Analysis are marked with ‘IPA.’ Edge thickness represents the confidence score. Edge color is red for inhibiting, green for activating, and yellow for unclear relationships. Node edges are colored according to their ontological ID. See Figure 7 for the GO term legend. Node sizes and labels are scaled with the node degree. As the cutoff metric is raised, scale-free, hierarchical networks emerge.
